Servers, tax and domains
Hostinger has no data center in Pakistan. Pick the nearest location hPanel offers at setup, and turn on the CDN; for Pakistani visitors it does more for speed than the server city.
Hostinger adds any tax that applies at the payment step, so the final total can be slightly higher than the monthly price multiplied by the term. Separately, some Pakistani banks treat the payment as a foreign online transaction and add their own fee or tax even though the charge is in rupees; your bank's schedule of charges lists them. The order summary shows Hostinger's exact amount before you pay.
A .pk is sold only through local registrars, not by Hostinger. If you want one, register it locally and point it at your Hostinger plan with nameservers. A .com works anywhere and is the simpler choice.
Paying from Pakistan without a declined card
A card is the dependable way to pay right now. JazzCash is paused on Hostinger's side, Easypaisa was never on the official list, and crypto only makes sense if you already hold it. That leaves a Visa or Mastercard debit card from a Pakistani bank, and the debit card walkthrough covers every screen.
