Hostinger coupon for United Kingdom

British buyers can keep their site in the country: the United Kingdom is on Hostinger's data center list for web, cloud and VPS hosting. The UK checkout also shows two wallets most other stores lack, Amazon Pay and Revolut Pay. If you are VAT-registered, the order in which you do things matters, and I cover that below.

Servers, tax and domains

Other European choices are France, Germany and Lithuania, plus the Netherlands for web and cloud plans only.

You can store a VAT number on your Hostinger account, at checkout or later under Account information > Company. Hostinger says a valid number for cross-border transactions takes VAT off future invoices only; VAT already on an issued invoice is not refunded. For reference, the standard UK VAT rate is 20%.

Hostinger's domain page includes .co.uk among its country options.

  2. 2Enter the VAT number before you pay. It is not applied backwards to an invoice that already exists.

Yes. The United Kingdom appears on Hostinger's server list for web, cloud and VPS plans, and you select it as the location during setup.

Will a VAT number remove VAT from my Hostinger bill?

Only going forward. You can add an EU, Northern Ireland or UK VAT number to the account, and Hostinger says a valid number for cross-border transactions removes VAT from future invoices, not ones already issued.

Does Hostinger accept Revolut Pay or Amazon Pay?

Both are named for the UK on Hostinger's payment list. Whatever a help page says, the payment step for your own account is the real list, so look there before you count on any method.
