I've worked in technology for more than twenty years. The job has changed names along the way: systems administrator, infrastructure engineer, architect. The work underneath has stayed the same: keep things running, keep costs honest, and pick the boring option unless there's a real reason not to.
Most hosting advice online is written to sell the most expensive plan. Mine is written the way I'd explain it to a friend over tea: which plan fits, which term is worth locking in, where the renewal price will bite, and when you should walk away from Hostinger entirely.
Before I publish or update a coupon claim, I open a real Hostinger cart and check the discount appears in the order summary. When it stops working, the verified date on this site stops moving, and I say so.

How I keep this honest
