Nothing is hosted in Colombia. Most Colombian traffic reaches the US Southeast quickly, which makes Asheville the natural pick for web and cloud plans. Asheville isn't offered for VPS, so a VPS goes to Boston, or to Brazil if your audience is mainly in South America.

Hostinger issues tax-compliant invoices only for the EU and Northern Ireland, India and Indonesia, so a Colombian electronic invoice (factura electrónica) isn't available.
